Refund policy
Returns:
If you want to return something, just email us at ask@onaroma.shop. Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping Returns:
We do not offer a free return or exchange service, all return and exchange shipping costs are at the customer's expense. We do not accept responsibility for items lost in shipping back to us so we recommend you keep a postage receipt with tracking number as proof that the package was sent. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to you at your expense.

Damaged or lost packages:
Contact us if the package arrives to you damaged, please snap a few photos of it and send us an email with the documentation. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package has been lost in transit, please contact us right away at ask@onaroma.shop.
Custom and sales taxes:
Please note that depending on your order and country, on receipt of your order you will be liable to pay local import charges (customs duty, sales tax). Some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. The refusal of payment of such fees causes a full cancellation of the order. Transportation cost and custom clearance cost associated with a cancellation will be deducted the amount refunded to you.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an ask@onaroma.shop and send your item to: MB Modulum, Ona Roma, Fizikų 1A-2, 08511 Vilnius, Lithuania.
Refunds:
As soon the return have been received and inspected, a refund will be issued automatically within 10 working days to your credit card or original method of payment less any taxes or import duties incurred. The original shipping charges will not be refunded.
